my name is derrick i've been playing ogame fo a couple of months. even though i started almost a month late i have climbed in to the top 300 in uni 3 and im ranked in the top 200 in uni 8.

i'm a senior in high school and intend to go to a university to study political science and biology. i live in the USA in the middle of nowhere.

i think i mentioned this somewhere else but, for the first week or 2 i was ranked in the top 100 (highest 23rd) in uni 8 but then i went to chicago for 2 days. when i got back i had dropped to 500 so i've been fighting my way back up.

i used to use that as my name in uni 3,5,7 and even the beginning of 8 but i got bored with it. i may change it back to that though. what ever i do i'll inform everyone to avoid confusion.

Hi there.
My name is Simon, I am a 22 years old spanish student. I am in my last course to become a Computer Engineer, and I met Ogame (in the Spanish Web), in August. About a month ago, I started to play in the English 8th Universe, looking for improvements from the spanish version. But , although I found that it was exactly the same version, with no upgrades, I kept playing. As I'm not studying at home, during the week I cannot get conected very often, but it is enough to spend all the resources and make new mines.
When I reach Hyperspacial Engine Lv. 4, I would start making BattleShips, but I'd like to have a strong economy before doing that, so don't expect of me to be very offensive  :)

as far as upgrades go you may see the release of ACS in the English server before any others. so watch for it.

ACS would be a dream actually

How many BS's has a medium player? In my spanish account I have 110, and I'm on ranking 443. There are lots of people with more BS's than me, and with less points, but I play there the same as here: buying mines, researching,... Now, I produce in my mines about 1M Metal, and 500k Crystal in a day. But I rather spend it in mines, or research than ships. Except when I have to make a revenge  :-))
I mean that ACS could be useful with people quite advanced, with hundreds of BS's, so I don't apply  :)

EDIT: When I said ranking, I meant the main one. In fleet ranking, I'm one of the little ones  :)
