Hello and Cheers to Everyone!
First of all, i want to say, that im proud to join you Guys in here, and hope we have some nice gaming - and ofcourse other - time together. Ill start with some personal information about myself before going into gaming details. Im coming from Germany, im 25 Years old right now, im studying at my university here in my Town and doing some other screwed up jobs to get along :raz I really love Football, playing a lot for myself and doing the usual Going-out-make-Party-meet-Girls-get-Drunk stuff besides Studying, working and , tadahh, gaming.
I have a rather long and rather sucessfull gaming history, which started in 1999 with Starcraft and Starcraft Broodwar continued with Warcraft 3, then with Warcraft 3 TFT and ended with DoW as you all may have noticed :) My greatest sucesses were:
German Champion Starcraft 2on2 1999
German Champion Starcraft Broodwar 2on2 2000
German Vice Champion Starcraft Broodwar 2on2 2001
German Champion Warcraft 3 2on2 2003
plus a real f***** lot of Tournaments and other prizes. Enough bragged for now i guess :butt:
As you can see i always preferred 2on2, simply had more fun in it, but since im real used to any kind of RTS i seldom have problem of getting Top 10 in 1on1 when i start to play seriously. Im ranked #10 right now in the DoW Ladder, have won some games vs real good people, but i know that i still have a long way to go (for example Android owned me like 6-1 or so :roll: ) Im really sad that Relic gives so weak support and feedback to the game, as a 2on2 arranged Team option would be hugely requiered, since right now, you meet 95% newbs in 2on2 and no good teams, if youre not really lucky.
Anyway, i hope that we guys get along together well, and that we will have a long time together (i never was clanhopping :no: , had like 3 clans in 6 Years of Online Gaming) I will take presence here in the forum, and hope you guys will too.
